Summer training sessions concluded Thursday August 6th. Overall, we had great attendance and witnessed a lot of good soccer over the Summer weeks. Now the focus is on the start of the 2026 Fall season with Conditioning Camp starting on August 10th at Hare Field.

Conditioning camp is not designed to be the solution to getting in shape for the Fall season, it should be a key component of an athlete's overall training plan to get ready for tryouts and the upcoming season. What Conditioning Camp will provide is intense focus on physical and technical aspects of a player's current level of development that will be a foundation of ongoing short term and long term development opportunities.

Players need to bring running and soccer shoes each day. Water will be available, but bring along a personal water bottle.
